Cyclobility named Stromer Retailer of the Year 2023 in Belgium
With great pride, we announce that Cyclobility has been named Stromer Retailer of the Year 2023 in Belgium! This award is a recognition of our hard work and dedication to excellent customer service and knowledge of Stromer products.
The Swiss brand Stromer is known for its innovative and high-quality models. In our store, we not only offer the complete Stromer range, but we also provide in-depth knowledge of each model. Whether it concerns the latest electric systems or the largest available batteries, our team’s expertise is up to date so we can advise every customer personally.
Not only our store staff deserve praise; our technicians in the workshop also play an important role in this story. They know every Stromer speed pedelec in detail and ensure that each bike is perfectly adjusted for our customers.
This recognition as Stromer Retailer of the Year 2023 is not only an honour, but also a motivation to continuously improve. We stand out by focusing on customer-centricity, always putting the customer first (we previously also won the Two-wheeler award for most customer-friendly bike shop of 2023 ).
