We understand how frustrating theft can be. That’s why we ensure a fast and accurate follow-up.

Via the link below, you can provide us with all the information we need to initiate your claim. In the event of theft, we ask you to start this procedure within 3 working days of the theft at the latest.

What do we need?

  • Date of the theft
  • Police report number + a copy of the official police declaration
  • Description of the circumstances (where was the bike, how was it locked?)
  • Both original keys
  • Serial number or other identification of the bike

Important:
Make sure the bike was properly locked (you must have two keys) and that you have a valid police report.
Without these, we cannot process your request.

Will my bike be replaced?

If your bike was stolen and everything has been correctly reported (police report, keys, proper locking) and approved, you are entitled to a new bike to continue your lease contract.
Your lease will not restart — it will simply continue as planned.
We will contact you shortly after your report to coordinate this.

What kind of service is this?

This is a service package for our leased bikes (electric bikes, speed pedelecs, (electric) road bikes, (electric) mountain bikes, etc.) that you can rely on in the event of theft or material damage due to an accident.

What’s included in this service package?

Theft: The fraudulent taking of a bike by someone who does not own it.
Theft of the battery and/or accessories listed in your individual lease agreement is also covered.

When does this service not apply?

Here’s an overview (non-exhaustive list):

  • Theft: If the bike was not properly locked, or left unattended in a public place or on the street without being locked. If the bicycle is stored in a locked space at the home address, it does not need to be locked.

    If the bicycle is stored in a locked private space, such as your garage, it does not need to be locked and the bicycle keys do not need to be handed in. A police report with evidence of forced entry is sufficient in these cases.

When can I benefit from the service package?

For the entire duration of your lease contract.

And even better: it’s not only valid for the employee, but also for household members, family, friends, or acquaintances.
