Leasing a folding bike with Cyclobility is very straightforward. Our team offers employers and employees a complete, all-in solution.

If your organisation decides to partner with Cyclobility, we will provide an on-site presentation for all employees interested in leasing a folding bike (or any other type of bicycle).

Afterwards, we organise a test event at your location, where employees can try out all the bikes in our range. For each organisation, we create a dedicated webshop where the leasing cost of a folding bike is immediately visible. This customised webpage enables the employer to manage and monitor everything quickly and efficiently.

How much does it cost to lease a folding bike?

Bike leasing consists of a monthly or annual contribution covering the folding bike and everything that comes with the cycling experience: maintenance, roadside assistance and a replacement service. Cyclobility offers worry-free bike leasing for organisations and their employees.

When leasing an (electric) folding bike in Belgium, the employer and employee agree that the bike is provided in exchange for a deduction from the employee’s gross salary. This is financially advantageous: the contribution via gross salary is exempt from withholding tax and social security contributions, meaning the employee effectively pays only half of the actual cost.

If the employer provides a bicycle allowance, it is even possible to reduce the employee’s net cost to zero.
