How does refurbished bike leasing work?

Leasing a refurbished bike for women or men at Cyclobility is very simple: our team offers employers and employees a complete package. Bike leasing is a big step in the right direction for your company!

Has your organisation decided to work with Cyclobility? Then we will soon come by to give a presentation to all employees who are interested in refurbished bike leasing. After a period of about two weeks, during which the employee can decide whether he or she wants to join our leasing programme, we organise a test event on your company premises. All bikes can be tested there – and undoubtedly approved as well.

For every company we create a unique webshop: there you can find the amounts for refurbished bike leasing. A customised webpage that allows the employer to follow everything quickly and efficiently.

How much does refurbished bike leasing cost?

Leasing a bike consists of renting the (refurbished) bike and everything that comes with that cycling experience: maintenance, bike assistance and replacement service. Cyclobility offers a bike leasing package tailored to your company.

When leasing a refurbished bike in Belgium, the employer and employee usually agree that a bike is made available in exchange for a salary deduction. And that’s a great thing: the contribution through the gross salary is exempt from withholding tax and social security contributions, meaning the employee only pays half of the actual cost.

If the employer also pays a bike allowance, it is possible to reduce the cost for the employee to zero euros. In some cases, you can even earn something from it!

Leasing a bike as a private individual is unfortunately not possible. However, you can buy a refurbished bike from us. Visit our webshop or drop by one of our shops in Kluisbergen, Aalst, Roeselare, Sint-Niklaas, Lier or Ghent. Leasing a bike as a self-employed person is possible.
