• DO YOU ALSO SELL SECOND-HAND BIKES?

  Yes, we have a range of second-hand bikes and demo models. These bicycles are also available for testing or inspection at our shops.

• What is the difference between leasing a bicycle and a bicycle loan?

  A bicycle lease can only be arranged through your employer. As a private individual, leasing a bicycle is not possible. You can take out a bicycle loan as a private individual, however. Also, with a bicycle lease you are not the owner of the bicycle, but the renter. The average lease term is 48 months. At the end of this term, the bicycle is still the property of the leasing company. At that time you can choose to take over the bicycle by paying the residual value.

  If you take out a bicycle loan, you are the owner of the bicycle.
  

• CAN I COME TO YOUR BICYCLE SHOP WITH ANY BIKE?

  Absolutely. You can take any (electric) bike to all Cyclobility shops, also if you bought the bike from another shop or it is a brand that we do not sell.

• DO YOU ALSO ACCEPT ECOCHEQUES?

  We accept ecocheques in every Cyclobility bike shop, but you cannot use them to pay in our webshop.
