Cyclobility opens bicycle shop in Sint-Niklaas
On Tuesday, October 24, Cyclobility is opening a fifth bicycle shop. In addition to the existing shops in Aalst, Ghent, Kluisbergen, and Roeselare, Cyclobility now also has a branch in Sint-Niklaas to serve both private individuals and businesses.
The new bicycle shop in Sint-Niklaas is very accessible and offers plenty of parking for our customers. Sint-Niklaas has many commuters who drive to Antwerp, Brussels, or Ghent every day. We want to encourage them to make the shift from car to bike to reduce their ecological footprint.
“An electric bike or speed pedelec is the ideal means of transport for daily commuting. Going to work by bike doesn't just have a major impact on the environment, but also on your wallet. In fact, you can earn a nice extra penny by commuting to work by bike every day, thanks to the bicycle allowance,” says founder Andries Aumann.

About Cyclobility
Andries founded Cyclobility 7 years ago in Kluisbergen with one clear goal: to get as many people as possible on their bikes for their daily commutes. Cyclobility leases bicycles to companies for their employees' home-to-work travel. Bike leasing can be offered completely budget-neutrally through salary exchange. By utilizing gross salary exchange or the end-of-year bonus, bike leasing becomes financially very attractive for employees. This allows staff to choose a high-quality bicycle, enabling them to complete their commute in total comfort.
Cyclobility offers an all-in concept. The package includes the bicycle, all maintenance and repairs, comprehensive insurance, roadside assistance, and optimal service for the cyclist. 100% satisfaction is the ultimate goal. Initially, there was never an intention to open physical bicycle shops. However, at the request of our partners, we opened our first shop in Kluisbergen in 2021. This proved to be a success, as by 2023, we are opening our fifth bicycle shop in Sint-Niklaas. In our shops, cyclists can come for maintenance and repairs, a test ride, or the purchase of a new bike and cycling gear.
