  • Once registered with AZO and after finalizing a cooperation agreement, the bicycle leasing can get started quickly. The process can often be completed within a few weeks, depending on internal approvals and staff selections.

  • Yes! Healthcare staff can include all legally permitted accessories in their lease package alongside the bicycle. This includes accessories attached to the bike, such as panniers, locks, or a GPS, but also safety gear, including helmets, can be added to the package.

  • Cyclobility provides end-to-end support. The administrative burden for healthcare institutions is kept to an absolute minimum. We streamline all administration, from applications and contracts to invoicing. Our team guides both HR and employees every step of the way.

  • If an employee leaves, there are options to terminate the lease early. This can be taking over the bicycle or by paying a cancellation fee.

    At Cyclobility, we keep this cost as low as possible. We charge 7% of the catalogue value and €0 during the final quarter of the lease period.
