Cyclobility opens new headquarters with bike store in Kluisbergen
Cyclobility is officially opening the doors of its new flagship store and headquarters in Kluisbergen. The new location is situated next to the previous store but represents a major step forward in terms of space, product offering and professional support. And this just ahead of its 10th anniversary.
The move comes at a time of exceptional growth in the bike leasing segment. In less than one year, the number of leased bikes increased from 4,000 in January 2025 to 10,000 in December 2025, driven by new corporate clients such as Ghent University, UZ Leuven, AZ Delta, Meat & More and many others. The ambition for next year is to double this number once again. To support this growth, Cyclobility is centralising all of its core services in Kluisbergen.
Leasing growth calls for centralisation
The strong increase in bike leasing made it necessary to create a location where all support teams can work closely together. The new site therefore houses the full headquarters, including Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, Customer Support and Purchasing.
This centralisation allows for faster customer support, more efficient processes and a solid foundation to professionally support the growing number of bike leasing clients.

The physical core of the building is the bike store , offering:
- a spacious showroom with premium brands and the latest models such as Riese & Müller, Gazelle, Stromer, Moustache, Cannondale, Klever, UTO, Thompson, Aska, BMC, Orbea and Scott
- a large selection of certified pre-owned bikes, fully checked and ready to ride
- a spacious professional workshop for maintenance and repairs
- specialised advice on bike leasing and performance-oriented bikes
The flagship store serves as a model for how Cyclobility plans to further strengthen its services and offering in the coming years. With a larger store, a strong pre-owned offering, a centralised headquarters and continued collaboration with local bike dealers, Cyclobility is building the next phase of sustainable growth in bike leasing and mobility solutions in Belgium.
